What do you pay for utilities in Portland Maine?

I am looking for an apartment in the Portland area and am trying to weed out the best deal based on what utilities are included where. This is a bit difficult to do however seeing as how I have no idea how much anything runs cost wise up there. Can anyone give me an average of what they pay for heat, water, gas, electricity, TV, internet, trash ect.
